MY NIECE’S FIRST COUTURE JT DRESS

Creating my niece’s first couture dress for her 7th birthday is both a challenge and a breeze! My initial design was a couture hand-beaded dress with scattered swarovski crystals. After several fittings, I thought this dress was unfinished, I struggled to look at it without any beadings and sparkles. Until we did her last fitting, I realized plain is more. The 3D handmade sleeve florals are enough.

This dress highlighted the childhood beauty of my niece without overpowering it.
